Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Portugal
This international limited guarantee is a voluntary guarantee and does not supersede
the consumers' rights provided by the Consumers' Protection Law (Law no. 24/96
of 31 July, as amended), which cannot be excluded. Under the legal mandatory
guarantee, the period for claiming defects of non-conformity related to purchases made
by consumers in Portugal is of 2 years from the date of delivery, pursuant to Decree-Law
no. 67/2003 of 8 April (as amended).
This guarantee (i) is independent of any guarantee that may be provided by the seller,
for which he carries sole responsibility; (ii) does not affect your statutory rights towards
the manufacturer or the distributor.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Romania
This international limited guarantee and the rights provided herein are in addition
to any other rights and remedies available to you under local law and is in no way
limiting such rights, which cannot be excluded [Law No. 449/2003 on marketing
of products and the associated guarantees].
Louis Vuitton is responsible to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time
the Louis Vuitton Speaker Trunk PM was delivered. Such legal guarantee is available
for a period of 2 (two) years as of delivery of the Louis Vuitton Speaker Trunk PM.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to require Louis Vuitton to bring
the product to compliance, without payment, by repair or replacement, or to benefit
