your rights, you have to notify the seller without undue delay from when the defect
occurred, describe the nature of the defect and provide a proof of purchase
(i.e. receipt for the purchase of the Speaker Trunk PM ).
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Mainland China
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under the laws of China, including the Consumer Protection Law. Nothing
in this international limited guarantee purports to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim,
exclude or suspend any mandatory guarantee requirements provided or non-excludable
statutory rights you may have under the laws of China.
In addition:
• If any quality defects occur to your Speaker Trunk PM within seven (7) days after
purchase, you may choose to return the goods, Speaker Trunk PM or request seller
to replace or repair the goods at your discretion. Where you choose to return
your Speaker Trunk PM with quality defect, Louis Vuitton should refund the purchase price.
• If any quality defect occurs within fifteen (15) days after the purchase, you may request
Louis Vuitton to replace or repair your Speaker Trunk PM at your discretion. If such
replacement or repair is not possible, Louis Vuitton should refund the purchase price.
