- During the guarantee period you may claim remedy under this international limited
guarantee at local Louis Vuitton stores in most of the world.
- You are entitled to claim this international limited guarantee against Louis Vuitton,
even in cases where the product was not purchased directly from Louis Vuitton.
It is not a condition to claim this international limited guarantee that you return the product
with the original receipt, accessories, packaging, etc. You are entitled to maintain
and repair your product yourself or using third parties, however, be aware that any resulting
damage will not be covered under this international limited guarantee. In addition
to the listed Louis Vuitton stores, you may claim this international limited guarantee
at LOUIS VUITTON DANMARK A/S [16] 2 Amagertorv
1160 COPENHAGEN K (DANEMARK).
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to France
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under French law, which cannot be excluded. With respect to the above mentioned
international limited guarantee, "when the buyer asks the seller to carry out repairs
covered by his commercial guarantee upon the acquisition and the reparation
of a movable asset, the period of any resultant shutdown of seven days or longer
shall be added to the unexpired term of the guarantee. The said period shall run
from the time when the buyer requests assistance or the time when the product
in question is taken out of service pending repair, should this be subsequent
to the request for assistance" (article L217-16 of the French Consumer Code).
