Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Norway
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under Norwegian law, which cannot be excluded, such as the rights provided
under the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Sales of Goods Act
(Kjøpsloven) and the Product Liability Act (Produktansvarsloven). For instance,
under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, you may be entitled to claim defects
within a time period of two years from the delivery date, provided that you give notice
thereof within two months after you discovered the defect, or within a reasonable time
after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. If, when in normal use,
the product or any part thereof is meant to last substantially longer, the deadline
for submitting a complaint is five years.
Under this international limited guarantee, you will not carry the burden of proof
for claims made under this international limited guarantee from the 6
month until the end

This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under law, which may not be excluded. This international limited guarantee
does not preclude, limit or suspend your rights vis-à-vis the seller of your product resulting
from the provisions on the implied guarantee for defects set out in articles 556 to 576
of the Polish Civil Code.
