has acknowledged the existence of the lack of conformity or has concealed it.
Except where proven otherwise, it shall be assumed that the defects arising by six months
after the delivery of the product already existed on that date, unless this presumption
is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity.
Actions intended to enforce the lack of conformity not hidden by Louis Vuitton
with fraud shall in any event lapse after twenty-six (26) months from delivery
of the product. Consumers who have been summoned to perform the contract may
in any event enforce their rights provided that the lack of conformity was notified
within two months from discovery thereof, and prior to the expiry of the period referred
to in the foregoing sentence. In other words, if the defect appears in the last month
of the warranty period, the consumer has two additional months to notify the lack
of conformity. Overall, your right to exercise the legal guarantee expires in 26 months.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to the Netherlands
This international limited guarantee gives you specific legal rights, which may be exercised
in addition to other rights under Dutch law governing the sale of consumer product
which rights are not affected by this international limited guarantee.
This international limited guarantee is provided by Louis Vuitton having its main
establishment at 2, rue du Pont-Neuf 75001 Paris - FRANCE and is also established
in the Netherlands at: LOUIS VUITTON B.V. P. Cornelisz Hooftstr 65-67
1071 BP AMSTERDAM (THE NETHERLANDS).
This guarantee can be enforced in the countries where the Louis Vuitton Speaker Trunk PM
is distributed, including the Netherlands.
