Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Sweden
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under Swedish law, which may not be excluded, such as the rights provided
under the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag (1990:932)) and the Swedish Product
Liability Act (Produktansvarslag (1992:18). As an example, the Consumer Sales Act
may allow you to file a product complaint within three years after receiving the product.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Turkey
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available
to you under local law, which may not be excluded. Under Turkish laws, the guarantee
period is 2 years beginning as of the delivery date of the product and the expected life
span of the product is 5 years. The fullest extent of the product including all parts is within
the scope of guarantee. In case the product is evaluated as defective, you can use one
of the rights granted in Article 11 of the Law Regarding Protection of Consumers
numbered 6502,
• cancellation of the contract,
• discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect,
• free-of-charge repair,
• replacement of the defective product with a new one.
