Using a drill and 1/16th drill bit, drill 4 holes.

Run the servo screws in the holes and back them out. Apply thin CA, wait until
CA dries and mount the throttle servo.

Temporarily mount the engine. Enlarge the hole in the DA throttle arm by using
3/32-inch and 7/64-inch drill bits respectively.
