Important!
Constantly monitor the filling process.
After the filling process:
Close delivery nozzle and allow to stop dripping.
Switch off pump c .
Wind up hose.
Insert the automatic delivery nozzle into the
integrated delivery nozzle holder i and secure
with the delivery nozzle lock g .
Close the ball valve of the delivery line b .
Disconnect the red terminal (plus) from the plus
pole.
Disconnect the black terminal (minus) from the
minus pole.
Disconnect the green terminal (earth) from the
earthing conductor.

Important!
Do NOT operate the pump dry
(e.g. with an empty tank) for longer
than 30 seconds.
Do NOT operate the pump in bypass
mode (without delivery) for extended
periods.

6. Maintenance and inspection

6.1 Safety measures

Important!
The operator must provide any
protective clothing that may be required.
Maintenance may only be carried out by
instructed personnel.
In areas where there is an explosion risk,
work on the openings must only be carried out
with the approved (low-sparking) tool.
Never open the motor of the Cematic 12/30 EX
electric pump. Opening the motor housing will
compromise the explosion-proof construction of
the pump and void the warranty and all licences
(e.g. ATEX, UL listing, CE etc.)
Disconnect the pump fully from the power
supply before performing maintenance or
repair work.
