Cause
The power cord is not connected
correctly
The wall outlet may be faulty
The UPS output may short-circuit
or overload
Internal fuse may be blown
Power is available on one output
receptacle
No output from any output
receptacle
Battery is not charged
Battery may no longer hold a full
charge due to its age.
The UPS fails
The UPS may be over-loaded
The UPS may have failed
The UPS is in fault mode
1. The UPS is in energy saving
mode
2. The button is broken
Solution
Check the power cord
connection
Please contact your local
qualified electrician
1. Disconnect all loads and
ensure nothing is lodged in
output receptacles
2. Ensure loads are not
detective or shorted
internally
Please contact your local
dealer
Check the output fuse
1. Check the connected cable
2. Ensure the load does not
exceed the maximum UPS
rating
Re-charge the battery for at
least 24 hours
1. Recharge the battery for at
least 8 hours
2. Replace Battery
Save your work and turn off
the equipment. Please contact
