4. Operation

4.1. Main switch

The switch has been carried out as a turn button switch with red colour and yellow border. It has two positions:
If the machine has been carried out with a start/stopper system, the machine will stop 60 seconds after releasing
the gun. Command the spray gun and the machine starts automatically.

4.2. Pressure regulator and chemical injection

1. Pressure regulator:
The pressure regulator/regulating valve is mounted at back on the left of the cleaner in the neighbourhood of the
pump. On the pressure regulator is a turning button (not always present), where the spray pressure can be estab-
lished continuously.
The ECN-L has a pressure regulating valve present with a fixed factory adjustment, these are not adjustable!
Turning the button to the right is a higher pressure (+).
Turning the button to left is a lower pressure (-).
The pressure can only be adjusted if the spray gun is operated.
The spray pressure is indicated on the manometer.
2. Chemical injection (if used):
The chemical injection is mounted at the back on the left of the machine in the neighbourhood of the pressure
regulator. The kind of injection valve could differ and/or put on another place in the neighbourhood of the pres-
sure regulator. By turning the adjustable chemical injection to the right or the left, one can arrange the supply of
the chemicals. The other type of chemical injection is directly integrated on the valve (fig 1) and one can serve by
a double spray lance. This one isn't adjustable. Fill the chemicals tank exclusively with permitted products.
Before taking the Unit in to use check if the used product is arranged to use with the material of the Unit.
