4. Operation

4.1. Operation components

1. Temperature regulating button
The temperature regulating button has been carried out as a turning button and can be found centrally on the
operation panel.
With the temperature regulating button the maximum temperature of the cleaning water can be adjusted:
- Turning button to the left is minimum temperature (1°C).
- Turning button to the right is maximum temperature.

2. Main switch
The main switch is mounted right (near the temperature regulating button) on the operation panel.
The main switch has two positions:
- 0:OFF - stop
- 1:ON - start (working position)
4.2. Operation
Put the high pressure cleaner as much as possible in a horizontal position.
Connect the (DiBO) cold water high pressure cleaner to the water supply connection.
Connect the water supply hose (A) to the DiBO high pressure cleaner (see below)
These is mounted to the high pressure entry of the hotbox.
Connect the high pressure hose with spray gun to the exit (B) of the hotbox.
Connect the spray gun with the high pressure hose (without spray lance) to the hotbox.
Connect the hotbox electrically (C, plug in socket).
Turn the main switch to position 1=ON (cleaner and hotbox!).
Aim the spray gun in to the free space and serve the spray gun until the water jet is completely de aerated (+- 30
sec). Turn the main switch (cleaner and hotbox) to position 0=OFF. Connect the spray lance to the spray gun.
Turn the main switch of both machines to position 1=ON. Serve the spray gun.
Adjust at use of hot water the temperature regulating button tot the desired position. Start the spray activities.
