Dispose of waste oil in an environmentally
friendly way - take it to your local recycling
centre. Do not dispose of waste oil in the
sewer or your drain system.
The device, accessories and packaging
should be properly recycled.
Electrical devices must not be dis-
posed of with domestic waste.
Carefully empty the oil tank and take the
device to a recycling plant. The plastic
and metal parts used on your device can
be properly sorted according to materials
and grades and efficiently recycled. Plea-
se contact our service centre for more
information.
We will dispose of any defective devices
that you send to us free of charge.

Warranty
We provide a 24-month warranty for this
device. This warranty only applies to the
original purchaser and is not transferrable.
Damage attributable to natural wear, over-
loading or improper operation is excluded
from the warranty. Certain components
are prone to normal wear and tear and
are excluded from the warranty. These
particularly include: saw chain, blade bar,
chain sprocket and carbon brushes in so
far as complaints are not based on ma-
terial faults. All damage to the machine,
the saw chain and blade bar that is attri-
butable to inadequate lubrication is also
excluded from the warranty. The provision
of warranty services also requires compli-
ance with the maintenance intervals indi-
cated in the instruction manual as well as
adherence to the information on cleaning,
servicing and maintenance. Damage cau-
sed by material defects or manufacturing
defects are rectified without compensation
through a replacement or repair. This re-
quires the device to be returned to the de-
aler undismantled with proof of purchase
and warranty.
