• To enjoy soft chocolate with the fruit, eat as soon as they come from the chocolate fountain.
Use remaining chocolate again?
The unused melted chocolate can be used again. Simply put it into a storage container and
allow the chocolate to harden. You can chop it and melt it again for the next use.
If the chocolate has already been melted, the melting process takes less time.
Basic recipe for 6-10 persons
IMPORTANT!
When preparing with milk, increased bubble formation cannot be avoided.
Milk chocolate fountain
• Ingredients:
400 g milk chocolate
Some vegetable oil (neutral flavor)
• Preparation:
Melt the chocolate. When the chocolate is completely melted, add the oil and stir.
TIP:
n interesting variation is mixing 200 g milk chocolate with 200 g semi-sweet chocolate.
Semi-sweet chocolate coating fountain
• Ingredients
400 gr. semi-sweet chocolate coating
50 gr. coconut fat
• Preparation:
Melt the chocolate coating. When the coating is completely melted, add the fat to the molten
mass and stir until it is smooth.
TIP:
White chocolate coating tastes fantastic with fresh strawberries.
Diet milk chocolate fountain (1 st variation)
• Ingredients:
400 gr. diet milk chocolate
120 ml ml low-fat milk (1.5%)
• Bread units: approx. 21 BU (may vary depending on manufacturer)
• Preparation:
Warm the milk in a pot and add the chocolate, stirring constantly until it melts.When the mass is
completely melted, fill it into the chocolate fountain.
