In order to replace the plastic fan wheel (Enclosure 1/A÷1/D, point 9) unscrew the central
screw as shown in Fig.28a and 28b, remove the fan wheel and place the new one.

After removing the condensate pump (Paragraph 7.4.1) it
is possible to proceed with the replacement of the heat
exchanger.
• Remove the 2 screws as indicated in Fig.27a-point 1 by
paying attention to the motor cable (see the enlarged
detail in Fig.29b and 30b).
• Remove the 2 screws on the fixing supports of the coil
as shown in Fig.27a-point 2 and 3, and carefully sustain
the heat exchanger.
• In order to reinstall the heat exchanger, invert the proce-
dures above and take care that the motor cable passes
through the opening as shown in the enlarged detail of
Fig.29a-UCS600 and 30a-UCS900.
In case of model UCS900 we suggest to remove the cas-
sette unit first and proceed by replacing the heat exchang-
er on a flat surface.
In case of other problems, contact the area distributor or
the EURAPO service department.
