Transport the unit to the nearest place where it has to be installed.
Open the shipping carton (Fig.3) by following the symbols on the carton itself; remove the

polystyrene and the protection pad and the carton box containing the accessories for the
connection to the air ducts. Take out the unit by grasping the internal structure; be careful
not to grasp the water connections or plastic parts.

After the first installation phase of the unit in the false ceiling, open the carton box contain-
ing the grilles by following the symbols on the carton itself (Fig.3a); remove the protection

pad, take the plastic frame and fix it to the unit structure.

6.3 FIXING AND CONNECTING THE UCS600 AND UCS900 UNITS

6.3.1 UCS600, UCS/M 600, UCS/H 600, UCS/HM 600 UNITS

All quotes for fixing and connecting the unit to the system are shown in Enclosure 3/A
and 4/A and Enclosures 3/B e 4/B according to the specific model and equipment;
•
Take the 4 brackets and screws from the carton box and fix them to the metal struc-
+
ture of the unit;
•
If the unit has a fresh air and/or supply duct, please proceed as indicated in Paragraph 6.9;
•
We suggest to install to the structural ceiling 4 corrugated steel bars (diam. 8 mm),
with proper nuts and length related to the correct positioning of the unit on the false
ceiling;
•
Lift the unit and hook the brackets to the 4 steel bars, as shown in Fig.4;
•
Verify that the unit is in horizontal position. In case of adjustments, please act on the
regulating nuts (Fig. 4a) and make sure that at the end the unit is well fixed;
•
Connect the unit to the hydraulic system as described in Paragraph 6.5;
•
Connect the water condensate discharge pipe by following the indications of Para-
graph 6.6;
