SYMPTOMS
Electric actuator fails to lift or legs fail to open
when button is pressed.
Unusual noise from actuator.
Boom will not lower in uppermost position.
Boom will not lower during a power
retraction.
Hydraulic pump drifts when under load.
If problems are not remedied by the suggested means, please contact your dealer or Invacare.

FAULTS
Hand-control or actuator connector loose.
Battery low.
RED emergency stop button pressed IN.
Battery not connected properly to control
box.
The connecting terminals are damaged.
Boom or leg actuator in need of service or
load is too high.
Actuator is worn or damaged or spindle is
bent.
Boom requires a minimum weight load to
lower from the uppermost position.
Shoulder bolt at the junction of the boom and
mast may not be properly installed.
Control valve may be out of adjustment.
SOLUTION
Connect hand control or actuator connector.
Ensure connectors are seated properly and
fully connected.
Charge batteries. Refer to 5.7 Charging the
Battery, page 24.
Rotate RED emergency stop button
CLOCKWISE until it pops out.
Reconnect the battery to the control box.
Refer to 5.7 Charging the Battery, page 24.
Replace the battery pack. Refer to 5.7
Charging the Battery, page 24.
Refer to 8.10 Replacing the Electric Actuator,
page 44. or 8.11 Replacing the Leg Actuator,
page 45. Contact your Dealer.
Refer to 8.8 Replacing a Manual/Hydraulic

Actuator, page 45. Contact your Dealer.
Pull down slightly on the boom.
