6 Setting the storage temperature

6.1 Information on the product temperature

A precisely defined product temperature is stipulated
for the storage of each product group in refrigerated
cabinets by the legislative bodies in EU states.
Since product temperatures cannot be shown on an
analogue
thermometer, temperature ranges have
been defined for each group of products. These are to
be complied with in the cabinet in order to ensure the
prescribed product temperatures. This temperature
range is shown on the analogue thermometer
(1-1) and (2-1).

6. 2 Setting the temperature set point

The internal temperature can be regulated by turning
the thermostat knob (see fig. 3). The internal tempera-
ture will be lowest that can be reached by the cabinets
in the "7" position (see section 15 Specifications).
Factory settings (see fig 4):
GD60: 5.0
GD100: 5.5 / 5.5 (GD100-P)
GD220: 5.5 / 5.5 (GD220-P)
GD300: 5.5 / 5.0 (GD300-P)
GD380: 6.0 / 6.5 (GD380-P)
GD440: 6.0
GD880: 6.0
