Maintenance Schedule
Daily – Before Use
• Tighten knobs holding weights down
• Check AC power cord. Do NOT operate equipment if AC power cord is cut, frayed or if ground is missing
• Check to see if the quick release cam is still tight, the quick release bolt is housed in a slot on the handle support, locating
pins are in place and, locking handle is tight. Adjust all if needed
• If equipped, check vacuum hoses and connections. Check to ensure that the base cover vacuum ports are not clogged.
• Check grip face and driver pad: inspect for wear/debris. Replace as needed.
• Check all 4 isolator for damage, IF ANY ISOLATORS ARE TORN OR BROKEN, DO NOT USE THE EQUIPMENT to prevent
further damage, immediately arrange for a repair or order a new replacement isolator kit.
Daily – After Use
• Clean pad and base plate assembly : remove/replace pad as needed.
• Inspect grip face for wear. Remove debris between grip face and base plate.
• Wipe base plate and motor assembly with damp cloth to remove dust build up.
• If used wet, rinse off all chemicals with water after ever use and wipe dry as thoroughly as possible.
• Make certain a pad is placed on grip face.
• Empty or replace vacuum filter bag (if equipped).
Weekly
• Check grip face for wear.
• Use vacuum to clean away debris build-up around motor assembly, weights and base plate.
• Check Vacuum HEPA Dome Motor Filter for excessive debris and replace if damage (if equipped).
Annually or As Needed
• All isolators must be replaced as soon as any of them show signs of damage.
• Bearing Assembly Replacement*
* The bearings must be replaced every year under typical usage and are considered consumable parts. Heavier usage
places heavier demand on the bearings and will need to be replaced accordingly. A three month life can be expected
under heavy use.
N.B. Bearings and isolators should be replaced at the same time.

your Dustbane-authorized dealer, distributor or reseller. Make sure you have the machine's serial number, located on the back
of the machine, when you call.
