M OTO R
The type of motor depends on the type of machine (see "Technical data"
on page 29 ). For maintenance and service of the engine DiBo advises
you to read the guide attached with the engine. all service and maintenance
instructions are described in the guide of the engine. The pTl-M machines are
hand started, the pTl-l machines are hand or electric started.
2 M A N O M E T E R
on the manometer one can read the pressure.
3 H I G H P R E S S U R E P U M P
The type of high pressure pump depends on the type of machine
(see "Technical data" on page 29 ).
4 F U E L TA N K
Turn engine off and let engine cool at least 2 minutes before removing the
fuel cap. The fuel tank can become filled by removing the fuel cap (to the
left = loosen). Fill fuel tank outdoors or in well-ventilated area. There can be
refuelled at a petrol station or with a jerrycan. Tank the correct and pure fuel.
pay attention on this especially at the use of a jerrycan! There can be used
exclusively the obligatory fuel. Check the jerrycan on clogging. There is an
indication provided on the tank to see where there can be filled.
 
Keep fuel away from sparks, open flames, pilot lights,
heat, and other ignition sources. If fuel spills, wait
until it evaporates before starting engine.
 
Be carefull at starting the engine: engine exhaust contains
carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas, avoid inhalation. If you
start to feel sick, dizzy, or weak while using this product, shut
it off and get to fresh air RIGHT AWAY. See/consult a doctor.

Pay attention: fuel and its vapors are extremely flammable and
explosive. Fire or explosion can cause severe burns or death.
5 P R E S S U R E R E G U L AT I N G VA LV E
The pressure regulator/regulating valve is mounted on the front to the pump.
on the pressure regulating valve a turning button (pTl-M 200/18) can be found,
where the spray pressure can be set steplessly. at pTl-M 250/13 & pTl-l there
is a pressure regulating valve with fixed factory setting, not adjustable.
• Turning the button to the right is a higher pressure (+).
• Turning the button to left is a lower pressure (-).
The pressure can only be adjusted if the spray gun is operated, the pressure is
indicated on the manometer.
For info: idle speed control is done by means of the pressure
control valve, the speed control lever of the fuel engine may not
be used when 'in operation' (only during the starting process).

The thermal valve is coupled to the high pressure pump and ensures that thez
water temperature will be guarded in the pump. This valve will open when the
temperature to the pump will be to high and will drain the hot water.
7 E L E C T R O N I C T H R OT T L E C O N T R O L L E R ( P T L- M )
The electronic throttle control is located at the high pressure output of the
pump. This control lowers the engine speed when the bypass is activated and
increases to maximum set speed at activation.
