Valves + manometer

2
at an switched off machine, this means a halted engine, the manometer must
reflect 0 bar. at an maximum performing machine, this means operated at full
load working engine, the manometer can not indicate more than the maximum
pressure by DiBo indicated, for your machine. after operation and releasing
the gun can still remain a small pressure remainder present. The reflected value
of the manometer must be between 0-30 bar, the valves are then all right.

High pressure pump

3
Check the pump on loose connections, bolts, seals and leaks. Check regularly
the oil level of the pump. If the oil level has decreased too much or pollution
of oil is observed, should these be replaced before working further. puts the
machine on a horizontal base. The oil level must stand halfway the level glass.
Take at doubt the oil level stick separately, where the oil level must stand
between both mark lines. If pump oil gives a milky impression, frequently
indicates this on an internal leak as a result of which water touched oil there.
Immediately repair is necessary then.

High and low pressure part

4
Check the hoses, piping and connections on external damages and leaks.
If damaged or leaks these must be immediately replaced.

Spray tools

5
Check lances and guns on leaks, external damages and hair cracks. If damaged
or leaks these must be immediately replaced. Check the spray image of the
water jet, if these blows out to much you must replace the nozzle. Check
protective cap-nozzle on damages and replace if necessary. Check the thread
of the couplings on external damages. at damage let these replace without
delay.

Electrical part

6
Checks visible electric wiring and components (among other things switches)
on external visible damages. If damaged let replace the concerning parts.

Engine

7
Engine oil: check the oil level with the level stick (to see guide engine).
Reduction gearbox: check the oil level of the reduction gearbox.
air filter: check or there sits no clogging for the air opening.
Fuel filter: check on clogging and possibly clean or replaced. See the special
instructions in the engine manual (delivered).

Oil drain / filling high pressure pump

8
• oil drain: put a oil trough under the drain plug. Remove the drain plug. let all
the oil in the oil trough. assemble the drain plug (with a new packing ring).
pour the tapped oil in a can. Deliver the tapped oil by your dealership or at the
proper authorities.
• oil filling: remove the oil level gauge. Fill the engine crankcase with oil until
the oil level reaches to the middle of the gauge (type oil see technical data).
Check the oil level by the marks on the oil level gauge. place the oil level
gauge back

Battery

9
at electrically driven pTl, a battery is present. Check the battery on good
connections / possible wear and whether the battery needs to be recharged. If
the idling battery voltage drops below: 12.6 V (or if stored / not used during 6
months), this must be recharged. This can happen by means of a trickle charger,
standard charger or workhouse charger. Reloading need to be done by a
qualified technician.

Caution: Ventilate sufficiently when reloading battery,
avoid risk of sparks (no smoking), care for a good
electrical connection of the charger & the battery!
