How to connect the data lines on the bus coupler if using the bus
coupler as an intermediate station:
1. Connect the incoming DDL line to the X71 input (1).
2. Connect the outgoing DDL line with the next module using
the X72 output (2).
How to connect the data lines on the bus coupler, if using the
bus coupler as an individual or last station:
1. Connect the incoming DDL line to the X71 input (1).
Close off the X72 connection (DDL OUT) (2) with a DDL
termination plug (see "Spare parts and accessories" on
page 87). This ensures a defined line termination, while the
valve system complies with the IP69K protection class.

6.3.2 Connecting the power supply via the bus coupler

The POWER socket (X10) of the bus coupler can be used to
supply the valves with two different external power sources
(24 V). Note that X10 is only used for power to the valves, the
power to the bus coupler itself is supplied through the X71
connection.
When connecting the external valve supply to the bus coupler,
ensure pin assignment according to Tab. 5.
