• Press this key. The following message will appear
(V3.9):
• Press this key. The word "SET" is blinking on the dis-
play (V3.10). You can now insert the data with the keys
0-9 of the keyboard.
• Press this key to confirm.
NOTE:
After each operation you can return to the initial display position V1 by pressing
this key. If you press "ESC" to exit from the menu, data that you have not previously
stored with the key "SET" will not be automatically memorized.
1.4 Password
ATTENTION!
The machine is already programmed when it leaves the factory.
Access to these functions is restricted to QUALIFIED and AUTHORIZED personnel only!
Starting from the initial display, press this key for at least 6 seconds until the message " MAIN MENU>flavours "
appears.
• Press this key and the message " MAIN MENU>Clock "
will appear on the display.
• Press this key again, and the following message will
appear (V4):
NOTE:
the password is pre-set by the manufacturer (number 11); use keys 0-9 of the keyboard.
• Press this key to confirm. Display position V5 will appear.
• If you press this key, you enter into the "parameters"
functions (see " Advanced programming ")
