• Press this key for about 6 seconds until the following
message appears (V2):
• Press this key to go to the next menu (V3).
• Press this key to return to the display V2.
• Press this key to return to the display V1.
To continue with the menus, press key "3". A message appears on the display which will ask for a "password" (to be
explained later).
1.2 Programming of flavours
Display of flavours for sale ("APP" system: Advanced Product Presentation)
The anterior part of the glass container, which holds the ice cream, is equipped with an LCD display band ("ticker"). It
shows the available flavours and a selection number for each of them. The flavour indicator system can easily be
programmed by the operator.
• Press this key for about 6 seconds until the following
message appears (V2):
• Press this key again.
The cursor is now blinking until a product container
number is inserted (figure 24).
Insert the number and confirm with this key.
• Press this key to return to display V1.

The operator can choose letters and text
for the LCD display A, which is directed
towards the customer.
With the help of keyboard and display,
the operator can assign one name (ice
cream flavour) to each position on display
A.
Note: The numeration (1..2..3..) on dis-
play A is pre-set by the manufacturer
and cannot be modified. Thus each dis-
play position refers to a specific prod-
uct container.
Press these keys; the word "LAMP" will start
to blink.
The blinking mode will only be activated after
you have exited from the programming mode.
Press this key (you will now return to the pre-
vious display "V2.1")
