Setting cook time
1 - Make sure the appliance is on (ON).
2 - Press the button (Q) to set cook time.
The set time appears on the display (Q1) and the led (Q2) blinks to indicate that the
displayed value can be changed within 4 seconds.
3 - Press button (S) or button (T) to increase or decrease the displayed value.
4 - Press button (R) to start the timer. Led (R1) turns on and the remaining time appears
on the display (Q1).
A blinking "zero" appears on the display and the buzzer sounds when the set time has
elapsed.
5 - Press the button (T) to turn off the buzzer.
Press and hold down button (R) for at least one second to turn off the function.
Setting the start delay time
1 - Make sure the appliance is off (STAND-BY).

The set time appears on the display (Q1) and the led (Q3) blinks to indicate that the
displayed value can be changed within 4 seconds.
3 - Press button (S) or button (T) to increase or decrease the displayed value.
4 - Press button (R) to start the timer. Led (R1) turns on and the time until the appliance
turns on appears on the display.
The appliance automatically turns on when the set time has elapsed.
Press and hold down button (R) for at least one second to turn off the function.
The first time the appliance is used, remove any protective film lining and run the
oven without food product for enough time (about 30 minutes) to eliminate unpleas-
ant odours.
Open the processing chamber and wait until the appliance cools. If unpleasant
odours persist, close the chamber and repeat the operation to permanently remove
them.

APPLIANCE CLEANING

Before cleaning the appliance (at the end of the day or when necessary) turn power off
(or disconnect the power cord) and make sure the cook surface is fully cooled.
– Open the oven door and clean cook plate refractory material with a vegetable fibre
brush.
