15.1 ECO Plus 2 Unit
Note!

Removing the ECO Plus 2 Unit
before the end of the warranty
period invalidates the ECO Plus
warranty (see ECO Plus warranty
documents).

Removing and installing the complete
ECO Plus 2 Unit, see chapter 15.

Remove the circlip (438) from the wheel hub
(435) to remove the outer tapered roller bearing.
[3]
Remove the axle bolt (446) with toothed washer
(446/1) and integrated pin (446/2).
[4]
Take the tapered roller bearing (441) out of the
wheel hub (435).
Repair guide!
Mark both the hub and bearing to
ensure correct positioning during
re-assembly.
It is essential for the bearing inner
races and rollers to be re-inserted
in the same hubs.

L'ouverture du Unit ECO Plus 2
pendant la période de garantie
(voir dossier de garantie ECO Plus)
entraîne l'expiration de la garantie
ECO Plus.

Démontage et montage de l'unité complète
ECO Plus 2, voir chapitre 15.

Pour le démontage du roulement à rouleaux
coniques extérieur, déloger la bague de sécurité
(438) du moyeu de roue (435).

Enlever la vis de fusée (446) à rondelle à dents
(446/1) et goupille intégrée (446/2).
[4]
Sortir le roulement à rouleaux coniques (441) du
moyeu de roue (435).
Remarque en cas de réparation !
Marquer le moyeu et les roule-
ments pour éviter leur échange
involontaire lors de leur remontage.
Il est indispensable de reloger les
bagues intérieures de roulement à
rouleaux dans le même moyeu.
