Trouble-shooting
Failure
The point does not
switch and the LED
does not flash while a
switch command is
sent (a command of
this kind is sent each
time you switch a point
and press the key "+"
or "-" of the LH100).
The point does not
switch but the LED
flashes while a switch
command is sent.
The LS100 that is
addressed is not
displayed as a decoder
that supports the
feedback function (no
"R" is shown on the
display of the LH100).
Possible cause
You have entered an
incorrect point address.
The connection
between the command
station and the
amplifier or between
the amplifier and the
switch decoder is
interrupted.
An amplifier has
experienced a short
circuit or an overload
and triggered a
NOTAUS (emergency
shutdown).
The external power
supply is not connected
(the "" terminals have
not been connected).
The point or signal
drive has not been
connected correctly or
is defective.
The feedback bus has
not been connected or
the wires R and S have
been mixed up.
Correction of failure
Enter the correct point
address.
Check and correct the
connections.
Remove the short
circuit or, in case of an
overload, divide the
layout into several
supply sections.
Connect the power
supply.
Check and correct the
connections.
Connect the feedback
bus or correct the
wires.
