13. TROUBLESHOOTING
FUNCTIONAL ANOMALy
The machine does not work.
Insufficient vacuum in the cham-

POSSIbLE CAUSE
• No power connection.
• Damage on the machine.
• Insufficient pump efficiency.
• Worn lid gasket.
• Insufficient pressure on the lid at
the start.
• Pomp doesn't work.
• Worn lid gasket.
• Blocked hinges.
• Wrongly positioned bag.
• Punched bag.
• Insufficient sealing.
• Defective bag.
• Dirt on bag opening.
• Wrong bag size.
• Too long sealing time.
• Too short sealing time.
• Dirty contacts.
• Broken sealing bar contacts.
• Broken sealing bar wire.
• Defective lifting piston.
• Thermal circuit breaker tripped.
• Dirty sealing bar.
• Too short sealing time.
• Worn sealing bar Teflon.
• Worn sealing silicon.
• Wrongly positioned lid.
TROUbLEShOOTING
SOLUTION
• Connect the plug (verify the voltage!).
• Verify the connection wire entirety.
• Call the service center.
• Check the oil.
• Check the exhaust filter
• Replace the lid gasket.
• Close the lid using both hands on the sides and use
a higher pressure.
• Check pump connections, check pump shaft rota-
tion, working on the fan. In case it's blocked, proceed
to an overhaul.
• Replace the lid gasket.
• Replace the hinges.
• Place the bag centrally on the sealing bar, to allow
the open side to overpass the sealing bar 20 mm
• Choose a thicker bag and wrap the product with
film.
• Enlarge the sealing time
• Replace the bag.
• Change the bag and pay attention not to dirt the
opening side.
