We, declare in sole responsibility that the product: -to which this
certi.cate applies, conforms to the basic health and safety
requirements of the Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and other relevant
directives, like EMC Directive 89/336/EEC, 93/68/EEC, 73/23/EEC,
2000/14/EC.
To effect correct application of the health and safety requirements
stated in the EEC directives, the following European and/or national
standards and/or technical speci.ations were consulted:
EN60335-1:2002+A11:2004+A1:2004, EN60335-2-91:2003,
EN786:1996+A1:2001, EN50366:2003, EN55014-1:2000/A1:2001/
+A2:2002, EN55014-2:1997/+A1:2001, EN61000-3-2:2000,
EN61000-3-3:1995/+A1:2001.
This product has been assessed to conform to the relevant noise
limit by means of unit veri.cation (Annex E) by Intertek Testing
Services Shanghai Ltd., PRC.
Technical documents are kept by the Project Manager (Testing &
Standards), Techtronic Appliances (HK) Ltd. 18/F/. CDW Building,

Entspricht der Richtlinie Maschinen 98/37/EU und der EMV-

Wir erklären und haften dafür, dass das Produkt, auf das sich diese
Konformitätserklärung bezieht, die im Bereich der Gesundheit und
Sicherheit geforderten Anforderungen der Richtlinie Maschinen
98/37/EU sowie andere gültige Normen, wie die EMV-Richtlinie
89/336/EWG oder die Normen 93/68/EWG, 73/23/EWG, 2000/14/EU
erfüllt.
Zur Erfüllung der in den EU-Richtlinien enthaltenen Anforderungen in

den gültigen Grenzwerten für Geräuschpegel konformes Produkt
zertifiziert.
Die technischen Dokumente werden vom Projektverantwortlichen
