Prima di effettuare il montaggio è necessario verificare la scelta dell'automazione in funzione delle caratteristiche e delle dimensioni dell'elemento da
movimentare. L'operatore oleodinamico XT 40 - 45, nelle varie versioni, è compatibile con gli elementi sotto riportati.
•
La giusta scelta dell'automazione garantisce un corretto funzionamento del gruppo e riduce al minimo la possibilità di guasti.
•
L'attuatore XT 40 - 45, se correttamente installato, è in osservanza alle norme di sicurezza riportate sulla pubblicazione UNI 8612.
A:
Blocco idraulico solo in apertura - versione speciale (per ante con apertura verso l'esterno)
B:
Doppio blocco idraulico in apertura e chiusura (in qualsiasi caso in alternativa agli altri casi elencati)
C:
Blocco idraulico solo in chiusura.(con blocco inaccessibile ad anta aperta)
S:
Senza blocco idraulico (anta movimentabile a mano, ad attuatore fermo, senza resistenza da parte dell'attuatore - necessita elettroserratura)
SF: Senza blocco idraulico - frenato (anta movimentabile a mano con minima resistenza, se movimentata lentamente; dispone di un dispositivo di sblocco
per facilitare l'apertura - necessita elettroserratura - da utilizzare in zone ventose)
•
Le versioni S, SF o C sono consigliabili anche in presenza di ante tamponate (con l'attuatore inaccessibile ad anta aperta).
•
Per particolari esigenze i modelli sopra elencati sono disponibili nella versione "ARTIC".
•
I modelli in versione A - B - C non devono essere installati su ante di lunghezza superiore a 2 mt.
4: per ante fino a 6 mt
pompa con portata olio 0,6 lt/min (bassa velocità periferica dell'anta).
7: per ante fino a 3 mt
pompa con portata olio 1 lt/min. (alta velocità periferica dell'anta).
La velocità periferica dell'anta deve sempre essere inferiore a 12 mt./min. in ottemperanza alle norme UNI 8612; inoltre è importante evitare l'impiego
di attuatori veloci su ante larghe per evitare forti battimenti sugli arresti del cancello (consultare il diagramma a lato).
Before mounting, the type of automation must be decided on, on the basis of the characteristics and dimensions of the gate leaf to be operated.
The XT 40-45 hydraulic operator, with its range of different versions, is compatible with the types of gate leaf listed below.

If the right choice is made in the type of automation, the efficient operation of the unit will be assured and the possibility of breakdowns will
be reduced to a minimum.

The XT 40- 45 operator, if installed correctly, conforms to all the safety standards.
A:
Hydraulic lock for opening only - special version (for gates opening outward)
B:
Double hydraulic lock for opening and closing (as an alternative to the other types listed)
C:
Hydraulic lock for closing only (with lock inaccessible when the gate is open)
S:
No hydraulic lock (gate leaf moveable by hand, when the operator is off, with no resistance from the operator - needs electric lock)
SF: No hydraulic lock - braking action (the gate leaf can be moved by hand with a minimum of resistance, if moved slowly; there is also a release lock to facilitate
opening - needs an electric lock - for use in windy zones)

The S, SF or C versions are recommended for use with solid gate-leaves (with the operator inaccessible when the gate is open).
•
For special uses, the models listed above are available in the "ARTIC" version.
•
The A-B-C version models must not be fitted on gate-leaves of length exceeding 2 m
4: for gate leaves up to 6 m long
pump with 0.6 l/min oil flow-rate (low peripheral speed of gate leaf)
7: for gate leaves up to 3 m long
pump with 1 l/min oil flow-rate (low peripheral speed of gate leaf)
The peripheral speed of the gate leaf must always be less than 12 m/min. in order to conform to regulations; also, it is important to avoid the use
of high speed operators on wide gate-leaves, as this could cause the gate leaves to bang violently against the gate stop (see diagram, next page).

l'opérateur oléodynamique XT 40 - 45 sont compatibles avec les éléments sousmentionnés.

L'opérateur XT 40 - 45, si bien installé, est conforme aux normes de sécurité.
A:
Blocage hydraulique seulement en ouverture - modèle spécial (pour vantaux avec ouverture vers l'extérieur)
B:
Double blocage hydraulique en ouverture et fermeture (toujours en alternative aux autres cas)
C:
Blocage hydraulique seulement en fermeture (sans blocage avec porte ouverte)
S:
Sans blocage hydraulique (porte qu'on peut actionner à la main, sans résistance de l'opérateur - l'électro-serrure est nécessaire)
SF: Sans blocage hydraulique - freiné (si la porte est actionnée lentement, on va relever une petite résistance; il est doué d'un dispositif de déblocage pour
faciliter l'ouverture - l'électro-serrure est nécessaire - à utiliser dans les zones venteuses).
