1.1 Manufacturer's responsibilities

All the information contained in this handbook complies with current regulations, the start of the
art in terms of design and manufacture, our know-how and many years of experience. The
translations of this handbook have also been prepared in the most correct way possible. However,
we do not accept responsibility for any translation errors. The original instructions are in Italian
and they are the only instructions to which reference will be made in the event of a dispute. In the
case of orders of special models or with additional options, or in the case of the application of the
latest results of technical findings, the appliance may differ from the description and drawings
contained in this handbook. In the event of any doubts, please contact the manufacturer.
Carefully read this handbook before starting the appliance. The manufacturer may not be held
responsible for any damage resulting from failure to comply with the information contained in
this handbook.

1.2 Warranty

The appliance is guaranteed against failures for one year (12 months) (unless different commercial
agreementsi) from the date of purchase.
The manufacturer assumes no liability either direct or indirect deriving from:
• Not following the instructions in this manual;
• Use not complying with specific regulations in force in the country of installation;
• Changes and / or unauthorized repair;
• Use of non original spare parts, accessories and/or aftermarket parts.
The smooth operation and full compliance of the machines to their intended service depends on
the correct application of the instructions contained in this manual.
Any warranty service request or claim should be addressed to the distributor/dealer at whom
the appliance was purchased.

1.3 Checking the appliance

The condition of the appliance must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that it has
not been damaged during transport.
If the transport is carried out by a courier and visible damage due to the transport is found, a
written declaration should be sent to the courier specifying the visible damage to the packaging
and to the appliance. A report should then be sent immediately to the dealer, attaching a copy of
the delivery note where the claim has been indicated and photos of any damage to the appliance
and the external packaging.
Any damage which occurs to the goods during transport (even damage not immediately noticed
during the examination of the external packaging) must be reported to the dealer within 7
calendar days from receipt of the goods, after which time it will no longer be possible to claim
compensation for damage due to transport.
