4.1.3.2 Aufsetzen / Abnehmen des Schlittens
Die zusätzliche Auflage des Doppelschlittens lässt sich wie folgt abnehmen:
Klappen Sie den Restehalterarm hoch.

Greifen Sie die Auflage mit beiden Händen jeweils außen an den hochgezogenen

Kanten und heben Sie sie vorsichtig nach oben ab.
Zum Aufsetzen der Auflage verfahren Sie umgekehrt:
Klappen Sie falls erforderlich den Restehalterarm hoch.

Setzen Sie die Auflage auf den Schlitten auf, so dass sich die Spitzenplatte an der
Messerseite befindet und drücken Sie die abgewinkelte Kante auf die
Kunststoffhülse auf der Restehalterstange.
Das Aufsetzen und Abnehmen des eigentlichen Schlittens wird in Kapitel 5 beschrieben.
4.1.3
Version EURO 3310 DS with table with feed carriage
The table with feed table allows you to safely fix and slicing goods, for example roulade meat.
It consists of the table itself and an additional support with a spiked plate which can be
moved along the axis of the knife with the last slice clamp arm.
The additional support can be easily removed to slice other products and for cleaning.
The slicing process is described in section 4.2.
4.1.3.2 Attaching and detaching the table
Take off the additional support of the table with feed table as follows:
•
Lift up the last slice clamp arm.
•
Hold the support with both hands by the raised edges and carefully lift it out.
To put on the support, the procedure is reversed:
•
Lift up the last slice clamp arm in necessary.
•
Put the support on the table so that the spiked plate faces the knife and
press the angled edge onto the plastic sleeve on the last slice clamp rod.
