a. REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Do not touch the insulator with bare hands. The glass wool
of the material sticks in the skin and is dangerous.
Remove the following parts:
– Fuel tank (P. 7-1)
– Head cover shroud (P. 4-4)
[1] UPPER SHROUD INSULATOR
REASSEMBLY:
Install the insulator on the upper shroud
with the binder clip bent as shown.

RIGHT SIDE SHROUD INSULATOR
REASSEMBLY:
Install the insulator on the right side
shroud by aligning the cutout with the
convex on the shroud.
