This test demonstrates that this unit is an affected facility under the definition given in the
regulation. The emission rate of 1.37 g/hr meets the EPA requirements for the Step 2 limits.
Solution 3.5 is a representative unit of the 3.5 series made of SOLUTION 3.5, OSBURN 3500,
GATEWAY 3500, ESCAPE 2100, HT-3000.
