Connect the earth wire to the
point provided on the pneumatic
vibrator.
Set the component in safety
status before carrying out
any operation.
COMMISSIONING AND OPER-
ATION
The vibrator can be commis-
sioned immediately after the cor-
rect installation. Make sure that
the pressure in the air system is
able to meet the air consumption
value specified in the operating
instructions. Otherwise the vi-
brator will not be able to work
according to the technical spec-
ifications.
Screw connections must be
checked and retightened af-
ter 1 hour of operation and
then at regular intervals (nor-
mally every month).

Das Erdungskabel mit der Stelle
verbinden, die auf dem pneuma-
tischen Vibrator dafür vorgese-
hen ist.
Vor der Ausführung jeder
beliebigen Arbeit das Baut-
eil in einen sicheren Zu-
stand versetzen.
INBETRIEBNAHME UND BE-
TRIEB
Die Inbetriebnahme der Vibrato-
ren erfolgt sofort nach der fach-
gerechten Montage. Sicherstel-
len, daß der in der Betriebsan-
leitung angegebene Luftver-
brauchswert vom Druckluftsy-
stem auch geliefert wird.
Andernfalls wird der Vibrator
die technischen Daten nicht er-
zielen.
Nach einer Stunde Betrieb die
Schraubverbindungen erst-
malig, danach regelmäßig
(möglichst einmal monatlich)
überprüfen und ggfls. nach-
ziehen.

Brancher le câble de mise à la
terre à l'endroit prévu sur le vi-
brateur pneumatique.
Avant toute opération met-
tre le composant en condi-
tion de sécurité.
MISE EN SERVICE ET UTILISA-
TION
À l'issue d'un montage appro-
prié, la mise en service du vibra-
teur peut intervenir immédiate-
ment. Assurez-vous que la con-
sommation d'air indiquée dans
les instructions de service peut
être effectivement fournie par
votre système d'alimentation en
air comprimé. Sinon, le vibrateur
ne pourra atteindre les caracté-
ristiques techniques prévues.
Les vis visses devront être
vérifiées après la première
heure de service, puis régu-
lièrement (tous les mois).
Le cas échéant, les vis se-
ront resserrées.

Collegare il cavo di messa a ter-
ra all'apposito punto dedicato sul
vibratore pneumatico
Prima di qualsiasi interven-
to mettere il componente in
sicurezza.
MESSA IN FUNZIONE E USO
Se installato correttamente, il vi-
bratore può essere messo im-
mediatamente in funzione. Assi-
curarsi che la pressione del si-
stema pneumatico sia in grado di
soddisfare il valore di consumo
d'aria specificato nelle istruzioni
per l'uso. In caso contrario il vi-
bratore non potrà funzionare in
conformità alle specifiche tecni-
che.
Controllare i raccordi a vite
e serrarli di nuovo dopo
un'ora di funzionamento e
poi a intervalli regolari (in
genere una volta al mese).
