Page P.5
Upper figure:
Put the motor carrier on the motor and tighten the four screw (2 x M3x6 and 2x M3x10) so that the motor can still be pushed
back and forth on the carrier. Then install the motor pinion on the motor shaft and fasten the pinion with two grub screws
M3x3. The pinion position on the motor shaft must be selected so that it does not protrude over the main pinion at the top
or bottom later.
Lower figure:
Insert the motor in the chasses according to the sketch and screw the motor carrier to the chassis with six M3x6 screws. Use
two cylinder-head screws on either side and two countersunk screws on the top.
To set the tooth backlash, push a narrow paper strip between the motor pinion and the gear pinion, push the motor towards
the gear and screw the motor to the motor carrier from below. Then remove the paper strip again.
If set correctly, the two pinions will securely interlock without catching or without showing too much play.
Practical advice:
Since it is not possible to reach all four motor attachment screws when the motor is installed, it is practical to only
fasten the motor carrier with the motor in the mechanics as first.
After setting tooth backlash, it is sufficient to fasten the motor using the screws that are accessible from the
bottom. Then the motor carrier and motor can be removed again and all four motor screws can be tightened.
Finally, the motor carrier can be placed in the mechanics again and screwed on tightly.
The motor connection lines are guided downwards to the speed controller on the chassis outside and connected there.

Upper figure:
The drawing shows the schematic setup of the central piece with the two pitch compensator levers and the swash plate.
However, the parts are pre-assembled ex works and do not have to be assembled.
Lower figure:
First push the swash plate and the central piece with the two pitch compensation levers onto the rotor shaft as shown in the
figure. Connect the pitch compensator levers to the swash plate and then attach the pre-assembled rotor head. The paddle
rod central piece is also pre-assembled in the factory and screwed to the rotor head.
The rotor head was built with soft buffer rubbers #A (black) ex works. For harder rotor head reconciliation, the
rotor head includes red buffer rubbers.
Page P.7
Upper figure:
The drawing shows the schematic setup of the paddle rod central piece, which is screwed to the rotor head ex works. The
linkage balls #C must be attached in the outer thread bores.
Lower figure:
The drawing starts the schematic setup of the rotor head pre-assembled ex works with blade holders, ball bearings and
blade baring shaft.
Important!
Please observe that the inner bearing disc of the axial ball bearing #B in the main rotor blade holder has a larger
bore in case of disassembly.
