Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.

If no disc is loaded, "CD NO DISC" will appear.

Press the CD 7 7 7 7 7 (OPEN/CLOSE) button to open the CD compart-
ment.

Place a CD on the spindle, label side up.

Press the CD 7 7 7 7 7 (OPEN/CLOSE) button to close the CD compart-
ment.

When the last track on the disc has finished, the CD player will stop automati-
cally.
To interrupt playback:
Press the CD 06 06 button.
