GVMAXV2-2/V2-2R - DIRECTIONS FOR USE
8.2 OPERATION CONTROL
After the pressurisation, the network has to be tested in order to control its perfect tightness. With
the factory setting, the ejector must regulate immediately (stop of the compressed air consumption).
If it « beats » there is a leakage in the suction network. In this case the position of the suction cups
must be controlled and/or the tightness of the couplings, tubes and suction cups must be improved.
A good vacuum network should not re-actuate the suction too often: at a maximum one impulse per
15 seconds.
8.3 VACUUM SWITCH INDICATIONS:
1. Green LED indicator threshold 1 (OUT1) for the
indication of the switching state.
2. Red LED indicator threshold 2 (OUT2) for the in-
dication of the switching state.
3. Display of the vacuum level (bar) in the system.
4. Button M (mode) to enter in the settings menu of
the threshold values.
5. Button + for upward adjustment of vacuum
thresholds.
6. Button – for download adjustment of vacuum
thresholds.
(4-5-6 : only for adjustable vacuum switch, part n°: PSA100B mounted on GVMAXV2-2R)
Adjustment of the PSA100B vacuum switch: see chapter 11.
8.4 CONTACT OUTPUT THRESHOLD 2
The system gives an additional hit or miss signal for the treatment of an external control. This signal
may be also used as a piece of information confirming or not the grip.
9. WORKING OF THE GVMAXV2-2 / V2-2R EJECTOR

WARNING No persons may enter the area below the suspended load which
is held by the vacuum. In the case of failure of electricity, a built-in non-return
valve prevents rapid loss of the vacuum and sudden release of the load. Never-
theless, leaks in the hoses or rough or porous surfaces on the load can cause
the vacuum to drop more or less quickly if the power fails.
