5- PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONS
COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY (in accordance with the ISO 8573-1:2010 [4:5:4] STANDARD):
The supply must be permanent. The consumption is regulated by the ejector.
Compressed air mini * adjusted at 4.5 bar during suction (optimized working pressure between
4.5 and 6 bar)
Filtered air (40 μ),
Non lubricated air,
Clean and dry air.
* WARNING THE INSTALLATION MUST PROVIDE BY DEVICE A 5 Nl/s FLOW RATE UNDER 4.5 BAR
IN SUCTION
Compressed air connection by the ¼ Gas inlet port on the suction valve:
Ä tube with mini. dia. 6x8.

The internal recommended diameter is for a maximum length of 2 m.
For larger length, use tubes with larger diameter.
WARNING !
In case of non respect of the previous conditions, you may face problems such as:
If the internal diameter on the compressed air side is too small, the compressed air
If the internal diameter on the vacuum side is too small, the air flow will be braked by
Ä Flexible tubes should be kept as short as possible in order to minimise the response time.
Ä Ensure that there are not particles of dirt or any other foreign objects in the devices connections
and in the tubes.
Ä Ensure that flexible tubes are connected without being bent and crushed.
