This unit is particularly used in the following sectors of activity:
ƒ Pressing Industry
It is aimed for handling operations, transfer, clamping of sealed products (sheet metal, plastic,
mirrors...).

1. GVMAXV2-2/V2-2R FUNCTIONS

The devices GVMAXV2-2 and GVMAXV2-2R present the following characteristics:
ƒ Vacuum generation by ejector effect (maximum negative pressure - 850 mbars, i.e. 85 % vacuum)
ƒ Air-saving function, vacuum regulation
ƒ Blow-off
ƒ Visual checking and by TOR output of the vacuum level thanks to a digital electronic vacuum switch
ƒ Positive safety of part holding in case of electric emergency shut-down (switching-off of electric
outputs) thanks to its NO valve of vacuum supply, maintenance action in complete safety.
TARGET
Create vacuum as quick as possible in the installation and maintain vacuum during the transfer peri-
od, by reducing considerably the air consumption at the same time.
The unit is not intended for the transport (pumping) of liquids or granulates, for the filling of com-
pressed air containers, for the driving of pressure elements (valves, cylinders...)
In order to optimize all the functions of the GVMAXV2-2 and GVMAXV2-2R, the equipped instal-
lation must be in accordance with the following requirements:
INSTALLATION
The ejector offers multiple integrated functions and it is necessary to respect some easy rules for
implementation on the use site:
ƒ The ejector is delivered in individual, protected box.
ƒ The back side of the ejector presents a flat surface, free for fixing on a support plate. Screw clear-
ance in the two holes of the body.
ƒ The fixing can also be executed with a rigid connection at the level of the suction hole (1/2 Gas).

WARNING Do not fix the ejector with the help of the control valves. The clamping
stress should be of negative effect on their working.
Take care that the product, once fixed offers a correct readability of the vacuum
switch and of the leds (solenoid valves) ; and that it will not been damaged
during the moving of peripheral devices.
