4- COMMISSIONING

CONDITIONS
Read carefully the operating and safety instructions.
Ä Use correctly processed compressed air (see the technical data). Compressed air quality is of
decisive importance for achieving an optimum operating lifetime.
Ä WARNING : WORKING PRESSURE BETWEEN 4.5 AND 6 BAR.
4.1 MOUNTING
Mounting position:
It is recommended to orientate the silencer downwards in case of dust, oil or similar liquids on the
suction side.
MECHANICAL MOUNTING OF THE DEVICE:
ƒ By the 2 smooth holes Ø 4.2 of central body.
ƒ Do not install the GVMAXV2-2/V2-2R by the pressure hole ¼ Gas of the valve.
Space for installation and removal:
Please take care of installation / removal spaces shown in the drawings.
ƒ To connect without bending the electrical connection cables.
ƒ To connect without crushing the pneumatic hoses.
Fixing by the 2 smooth holes Ø4,2 mm
of the central body.
Do not fix the GVMAXV2-2 by the 1/4 Gas pressure port of the valve.

4.2 VACUUM SWITCH

Readability of the visual indication:
The GVMAXV2-2 (V2-2R) is fitted out with an orientable vacuum switch (45°, 90°,180°) locked in
position. Take care of the position in order to facilitate the reading.
Removal of vacuum swich:
Remove clip A with a flat head screwdriver (1) and disconnect the vacuum switch(2). Reposition the
switch (3), reconnect vacuum switch (4), put clip A back into place.

Possible fixing by the 1/2 Gas vacuum port. Please be
careful during connection by the 1/2 Gas, it is com-
pulsory to maintain this one during the tightening in
order to prevent the breaking of the device's body.
