Closed system connection

The concentric exhaust system allows for a series of
connection options for this appliance:
Through the facade, at any height, with or without
horizontal or oblique joint.
Through the roof, with or without horizontal or
oblique joint.
Through an existing flue gas exhaust pipe (chim-
ney)
First place the stove, see section "General pre-
paration". The concentric duct system can then be put
together in steps, starting at the stove.
Facade sleeve through a facade of
non-flammable material
Read the "Installation Conditions" chapter care-
fully and follow the installation instructions
below.
The following illustration shows the situation of a fin-
ished facade sleeve.

1. Start at the stove and add the concentric pipes
one component at a time along the route you
decided on in advance.
2. Next, install a concentric elbow and possible hori-
zontal change in direction and decide on the loc-
ation of the sleeve.
3. Make a 10 mm larger hole in the facade in such a
way that the air intake duct drains to the outside.
Use a 1 - 3 degree angle or a slope percentage of 2
-5% for this.
4. Decide on the length of the facade sleeve and
shorten the intake to the wall if necessary. Allow
the flue gas duct to extend approximately 10 mm
from the air intake duct.
5. Remove burrs and sawdust.
6. Extend the facade sleeve through the facade from
the outside, with the "TOP" up, connect to the con-
centric elbow and attach it to the outside of the
facade (make sure the air intake cover drains to
the outside).
7. If so desired, the hole on the inside of the wall can
be finished with a wall plate.
Facade sleeve through facade of
flammable material
Read the "Installation Conditions" chapter care-
fully and follow the installation instructions
below.
1. Follow instruction steps 1 and 2 in the preceding
section.
2. Make a hole in the facade in such a way that the
sleeve is and remains at least 50 mm away from
flammable material all around. This can be done in
the following two ways; see the illustration below.
a. Use a protective duct (1) of non-flammable

Prevent dust and/or grit from getting into the
stove when drilling.
Use tin-snips to shorten the air intake cover
(0.5 mm).
Use a hacksaw to shorten the flue gas duct
(0.6 mm).
Grinding is not recommended as it burns stain-
less steel.
material with a diameter of 250 mm.
