ACCESSORI OPZIONALI
REGISTRAZIONE DEL GIOCO TRA PERNO CENTRALE E PASTIGLIE
Per un funzionamento ottimale il gioco tra perno centrale e
pastiglie deve essere compreso tra 1÷3 decimi per ottenere tale
gioco operare nel modo seguente:
1. Allentare la vite (D, Fig.117)
2. Avvitare il grano (E, Fig.117) fino a moderato serraggio delle
pastiglie contro il perno centrale con chiave a brugola fornita in
dotazione
3. Dalla posizione raggiunta ruotare in senso opposto (svitare il
grano) la chiave per circa 1/8 di giro (45°) (vedi Fig.118)
4. Serrare la vite (D, Fig.117) per bloccare il grano (E)
N.B. Ripetere le operazioni dei punti 1-2-3-4 ogni qualvolta
si voglia ripristinare il gioco per un funzionamento ottimale.
Consigliabile effettuare tali operazioni ogni 20÷30 ore di
funzionamento.
ATTENZIONE - Per evitare dannose sollecitazioni, non
bloccare mai il perno centrale con le pastiglie di regolazione;
lasciare sempre un gioco di almeno 0,1 mm.
MONTAGGIO DEL COFANO
Per il montaggio del cofano utilizzare le viti (I), rondelle (L) e il dado
(M) dati in dotazione e precedentemente smontati nello stesso
ordine (vedi Fig.119).
Attenzione alla eventuale presenza del distanziale (N, Fig.119) da
montare tra cofano e biella nel fissaggio anteriore.
ATTENZIONE: nel serrare le viti (I, Fig.119) evitare la rotazione
del tubo interno del silentbloc. Tale disattenzione provoca un
precarico sulla gomma del silentbloc stesso limitandone la
durata.
MONTAGGIO DEI PATTINI
Smontare le 4 viti (A, Fig.120). Posizionare il pattino (B, Fig.121) al
di sotto della barra falciante (C) in corrispondenza dei fori. Avvitare
i pattini con le quattro viti precedentemente smontare. Alla fine il
montaggio risulterà come in figura 122.
Regolazione dell'altezza della barra falciante (Fig.123)
Dovendo falciare su terreni accidentati, è necessario regolare
l'altezza di taglio della barra falciante nel modo seguente:
• Allentare i dadi (D).
• Portare il pattino (E) nella posizione desiderata.
• Ribloccare il dado.
• Eseguire la regolazione su entrambi i pattini.

ADJUSTING THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN CENTRAL PIN AND
DISCS
For optimum operation, the clearance between central pin and
discs should be 1-3 tenths. To achieve this clearance proceed as
follows:
1. Loosen the screw (D, Fig.117)
2. Fasten the grub screw (E, Fig.117) until the discs are moderately
tightened against the central pin, using the Allen key supplied
3. From the resulting position, turn the Allen key in the opposite
direction (undo the grub screw) by approximately 1/8 of a turn
(45°) (see Fig.118)
4. Tighten the screw (D, Fig.117) to lock the grub screw (E)
NOTE: Repeat steps 1-2-3-4 whenever you want to restore the
clearance for optimum operation. It is advisable to carry these
steps after every 20-30 hours of operation.
WARNING - To avoid damaging stresses, never fully lock the
central pin between the adjustment discs; always leave a
clearance of at least 0.1 mm.
FITTING THE COWLING
To fit the cowling use the bolts (I), washers (L) and nut (M) supplied
and disassembled previously in the same sequence (see Fig.119).
Pay attention to the possible presence of the spacer (N, Fig.119),
to be mounted between cowling and connecting rod in the front
fastening.
WARNING: when tightening the bolts (I, Fig.119), avoid
rotating the pipe inside the silent block. This oversight causes
a preload on the rubber of the silent block, making it wear
prematurely.
FITTING THE SHOES
Remove the 4 screws (A, Fig.120). Position the shoe (B, Fig.121)
under the cutterbar (C) in correspondence with the holes. Screw
down the shoes using the four screws removed earlier. Once fitted,
the shoes should appear as shown in figure 122.
Adjusting the height of the cutterbar (Fig.123)
When operating on uneven ground, it is necessary to adjust the
cutting height of the cutterbar as follows:
• Loosen the nuts (D).
• Adjust the shoe (E) to the desired position.
• Retighten the nut.
• Carry out the adjustment on both shoes.

RÉGLAGE DU JEU ENTRE L'AXE CENTRAL ET LES PLAQUETTES
Pour un fonctionnement idéal, le jeu entre axe central et
plaquettes doit être compris entre 1÷3 dixièmes pour obtenir ce
jeu procéder comme suit :
1. Desserrer la vis (D, Fig.117)
2. Visser le goujon (E, Fig.117) jusqu'au serrage modéré des
plaquettes contre le pivot central avec la clé à douille fournie
3. A partir de cette position tourner en sens opposé (dévisser le
goujon) la clé sur 1/8 de tour environ (45°) (voir Fig.118)
4. Serrer la vis (D, Fig.117) pour bloquer le goujon (E)
N.B. Répéter les opérations des points 1-2-3-4 chaque fois que
l'on désire rétablir le jeu pour un fonctionnement idéal. Il est
conseillé d'effectuer ces opérations chaque 20÷30 heures de
fonctionnement.
ATTENTION - Pour éviter toute sollicitation dangereuse, ne
pas bloquer le pivot central avec les plaquettes de réglage,
laisser toujours un jeu d'au moins 0,1 mm.
MONTAGE DU CAPOT
Pour montre le capot utiliser les vis (I), rondelles (L) et l'écrou (M)
fournis et démontés dans le même ordre (voir Fig.119).
Attention à la présence éventuelle de l'entretoise (N, Fig.119) à
monter entre capot et bielle sur la fixation avant.
ATTENTION : en serrant les vis (I, Fig.119) éviter la rotation du
tuyau interne du silentbloc. Cette négligence provoque une
précharge du caoutchouc du silentbloc en limitant sa durée.
MONTAGE DES PATINS
Démonter les 4 vis (A, Fig.120). Positionner le patin (B, Fig.121) sous
la barre de fauchage (C) au niveau des trous. Visser les patins avec
les 4 vis démontées auparavant. A la fin, le montage apparaîtra
comme sur la figure 122.
Réglage de la hauteur de la barre de fauchage (Fig.123)
En devant faucher sur des sols accidentés, régler la hauteur de
coupe de la barre de fauchage de la façon suivante :
• Desserrer les écrous (D).
• Porter le patin (E) dans la position voulue.
• Rebloquer l'écrou.
• Effectuer le réglage sur chaque patin.
