3. Packaging, storage and transport

3.1 Delivery status

The machine is supplied completely pre-assembled. The corresponding operating fluids (e.g. oil and
refrigerant) are already contained.

3.2 Packaging and transport

After unwrapping the machine, keep the original packaging if possible. If the machine has to be dispatched

CAUTION: Before packing the machine, please remove the water and the ice completely out of the machine.
Please consider that after production there is still some ice left in the inside of the freezing unit. Please pack the
machine at the earliest 1 hour after end of production.
The water bin in the machine will be automatically emptied by the powerless open purging valve. Switch off the
machine, close water inlet, pull power plug and separate all hose connections.
In case the ice cube maker should be dispatched completely with a storage bin, the ice cubes must be taken
out of the bin and all remaining liquids should be removed with a cloth.

3.3 Storage

If your machine is not immediately installed or commissioned after delivery or relocation, it should be stored in
a dry place and at temperatures above freezing.

4. Technical data and machine description

4.1 Identification

The nameplate can be found in the inside of the machine besides the PLC. A further label is placed on the
back of the machine besides the on/off switch.
The CE mark is located at the front of the ice cube maker.
The information provided on the identification plate matches the machine specification (see cover-page III).

4.2 Machine equipment and accessories

ice scoop (only models with integrated storage bin).

4.3 Noise level

The continuous sound pressure level emitted by the machine is < 70 dB(A).
Depending on local conditions, higher sound pressure levels may occur.
