DIP9: obstacle detection function
(electromechanical operators only)
DIP9=ON: function activated. During quick
travel, the gate detects obstacles upon collision and
recedes (when soft stop is activated, DIP8 = ON) or
remains shut down (when soft stop is disabled, DIP8
= OFF) in order to prevent crushing.
DIP9=OFF: function disabled.
DIP10: dead man mode (only with DIP4=OFF and
DIP11=OFF)
DIP10=ON: dead man function activated.
Opening: pressing down ST1.
Close: pressing down ST2.

CONNECTION TO THE POWER SUPPLY AND CHECKING OF TURNING DIRECTION

1 Connect the main circuit breaker of the control
board.
The correct operation of the operator and of the
complete system will only be achieved after
programming. However, prior to programming it is
necessary to check that all the elements work,
carrying out the checks listed below.

RADIO CODE PROGRAMMING (FOR RSD ONLY)

When using the RSD plug-in receiver (receiver without decoder, trinary code), the radio code can be programmed
in the control board itself, as explained below. In other cases, follow the instructions of the plug-in receiver used.

PROGRAMMING AND STARTUP
DIP11: interlock mode (only with DIP4=ON)
DIP11=ON and DIP10=ON: interlock mode
with exterior and interior photocells.
DIP11=ON and DIP10=OFF: interlock mode
with exterior photocell.
DIP11=OFF: interlock mode disabled
DIP12: operator

DIP12=OFF:
operator
connected.
DIP12=ON: VULCAN VUS operator safety device
connected instead of FCA. A collision during closing
causes a halt and reverse movement. A collision
during opening causes a halt.
2 Check the turning direction of the operator using
mini-pushbuttons PUL1 and PUL2.
If the direction of the operator is not correct,
interchange the connection cables (G1 and G2) of
the operator in the corresponding connector.
Before carrying out any gate movement,
ensure there is no person or object in the radius
of action of the gate and the drive mechanisms.
1 Connect the power supply of the control board
(SW1 in "ON").
2 Close the leaves by pressing PUL1.
3 Place DIP1 and DIP4 in "ON"; DIP2, DIP3, DIP5 and
DIP6 in "OFF" (DL3 lights up statically).
4 Select the required code in the transmitter.
5 Press the channel to be used for total opening until
DL2 flashes on and off.
6 Place DIP1 and DIP4 in "OFF" (DL2 and DL3 go off).
