SAVING OF PROGRAMS
It is possible to create a copy of the programs with the settings selected.
1) Prepare a USB memory, even with a small memory capacity, that is blank and formatted in FAT32.
2) Remove the protective cap from the USB port by loosening the 2 screws.
3) Switch on the packaging machine.
4) Insert the USB memory in the port.
5) If the USB memory is recognised: the display shows: USB DATA LOGS and the icons will come on from left to right.
6) Upon completion of copying, the display shows: USB EXTRACT and all the icons are flashing. The packaging machine
remains in this state as long as the USB memory is inserted.
7) remove the USB memory and copy the file saved into its archive.
8) Refit the protection of the USB port.
If the STOP button is pressed during the copying procedure, copying is aborted, passing immediately to extraction of the
USB memory. Any file in the USB memory is considered corrupt and unusable.
If the USB device is removed before the end of the copying process or without pressing STOP, the display will show for 5":
USB ERROR. Any file in the USB memory is considered corrupt and unusable.
INSERTING SAVED PROGRAMS
It is possible enter previously copied cycles in a packaging machine.
To be used to restore a previous state of the cycles and changes of parameters or to clone the cycles modified in a packa-
ging machine into another one.
1) Prepare a USB memory, even with a small memory capacity, that is blank and formatted in FAT32.
2) Copy the file created with the "Save programs" in the memory. Do NOT create folders to insert the file.
3) Remove the protective cap from the USB port by loosening the 2 screws.
4) Switch on the packaging machine.
5) Insert the USB memory in the port.
6) If the USB memory is recognised: the display shows: USB <--> and the icons will come on from left to right.
7) Upon completion of copying, the display shows: USB EXTRACT and all the icons are flashing. The packaging machine
remains in this state as long as the USB memory is inserted.
8) Remove the USB memory.
9) Refit the protection of the USB port.
If the STOP button is pressed during the copying procedure, copying is aborted, passing immediately to extraction of the
USB memory. The parameters of the cycles are not altered.
If the USB device is removed before the end of the copying process or without pressing STOP, the display will show for 5":
