Troubleshooting

Problem/Question
The electrodes de-
tach themselves
from the body.
What should I do?
No noticeable sti-
mulation can be
felt. What should I
do?
I feel an unpleasant
sensation at the
electrodes. What
should I do?
The skin is red-
dened in the area
of treatment. What
should I do?
Possible Cause/Remedy
1. Clean the adhesive surface of the electrodes with a damp, lint-free
cloth. Then leave to dry naturally and reattach. If the electrodes
still will not stick, they must be replaced.
2. Clean the skin before use. Do not use skin balms or skin-care oils
before treatment. Shaving the area in question may increase the
durability of the electrodes.
1. Press the On/off button to start stimulation again.
2. Check the positioning of the electrodes and ensure that the adhe-
sive electrodes do not overlap
3. Increase the pulse intensity step by step.
4. The batteries are almost flat. Replace them.
1. The electrodes are not positioned correctly. Check positioning and,
if necessary, reposition them.
2. The electrodes are worn out. This can cause skin irritation, as
even distribution of the current over the whole area is no longer
guaranteed. This means you should replace them.
Immediately discontinue treatment and wait until the condition of the
skin has returned to normal. Redness under the electrode which
subsides quickly is not dangerous and can be explained by the in-
creased flow of blood in that particular area. If, however, the irritation
continues, and any itching or inflammation occur, you should consult
your doctor before continuing usage. The cause may be from an al-
lergy to the adhesive surface.
