VORSICHT
Um unerwartetes Wiederanlaufen
nach einem Netzausfall zu vermeiden, ist die
Pumpe so in der Anlagensteuerung zu schalten,
daß erst nach einem manuellen Schaltvorgang die
Pumpe wieder in Betrieb geht. Dies gilt ebenso für
NOT-AUS Betätigungen.
3.4 BETRIEBSTEMPERATUREN
VORSICHT
SOGEVAC Pumpen können
Oberflächentemperaturen > 80 ° C erreichen.
Es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.
Beachten Sie die Gefahrenhinweise auf der Pumpe.
3.5 AUßERBETRIEBSETZEN
VORSICHT
Bei
Abschaltvorgängen
betriebswarmen Zustand darf die Pumpe nicht
direkt wiedereingeschaltet werden.
4 INSTANDHALTUNG
4.1 ALTÖLENTSORGUNG
Nach dem Abfallgesetz vom 1. Nov. 86 gilt das
Verursacher-Prinzip. Altöl-Besitzer sind für die
ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung verantwortlich.
Das Altöl aus Vakuumpumpen darf nicht mit
anderen Stoffen vermischt werden.
Altöle aus Vakuumpumpen (Leybold Öle auf
Mineralölbasis), die nur durch normalen Verschleiß
infolge der Einwirkung von Luftsauerstoff,
Temperaturerhöhung und mechanischen Abrieb
verunreinigt sind, müssen der Altöl-Entsorgung
zugeführt werden.
Altöle aus Vakuumpumpen, verunreinigt durch
andere Stoffe, müssen unter Hinweis auf die
jeweilige Verunreinigung gekennzeichnet, gelagert
und als Sonderabfall entsorgt werden.
4.2 ENTSORGUNG VON GEBRAUCHTEM
PUMPENMATERIAL
Es gelten die entsprechenden Umwelt- und
Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Dies gilt ebenso für
verbrauchte Filter und Filterelemente (Ölfilter,
Auspuff-Filter und Staubfilter).
VORSICHT
- Stellen Sie bei gefährlichen
Stoffen vorher die Art der Gefährdung fest und
beachten Sie die gültigen Sicherheitsvorschriften.
Sofern Gefährdungspotential besteht, ist die
Pumpe
vor
Wartungsarbeiten
dekontaminieren.
Für
eine
Dekontamination empfehlen wir unseren Leybold
Service.
- Öl- und Filterwechsel nicht an betriebswarmer
Pumpe ausführen. Lassen Sie die Pumpe vorher
auf eine unkritische Temperatur abkühlen. Es ist
geeignete Schutzbekleidung zu tragen.
SERVICE BEI LEYBOLD
Falls Sie eine Pumpe an LEYBOLD schicken,
geben Sie an, ob die Pumpe frei von
gesundheitsgefährdenden Schadstoffen ist oder ob
sie kontaminiert ist. Wenn sie kontaminiert ist,
geben Sie auch die Art der Gefährdung an. Dazu
müssen Sie ein von uns vorbereitetes Formular
benutzen, das wir Ihnen auf Anfrage zusenden.

4 MAINTENANCE
4.1 DISPOSAL OF WASTE OIL

4.2 DISPOSAL OF USED PUMP MATERIAL

4 MAINTENANCE
4.1 DECHARGE DES HUILES USAGEES
Selon la législation, les producteurs d'huile usagée
sont responsables de sa décharge en bonne et due
forme. L'huile usagée des pompes à vide ne doit
pas être mélangée avec d'autres produits. Les
huiles usagées des pompes à vide (huiles Leybold
à base minérale) uniquement altérées par
l'oxygène de l'air ambiant, les températures
élevées et l'usure des pièces mécaniques doivent
être déposées dans des décharges d'huile usagées.
Les huiles usagées provenant de pompes à vide
contaminées par d'autres substances devront être
repérées, stockées et déchargées en tant que
déchets spéciaux, en indiquant la nature de la
contamination.
4.2 DECHARGE DES MATERIAUX USAGES
DES POMPES
Les règlements en matière de protection de
l'environnement et de sécurité devront être
respectés. Il en est de même pour les filtres et
cartouches usagés (filtre à huile, filtre d'échappement
et filtre à poussières).
AVERTISSEMENT - Pour les produits dangereux,
déterminer d'abord la nature du danger et respecter
les règlements en vigueur. En cas de danger, la
pompe doit être décontaminée avant les travaux
de maintenance. Nous recommandons notre
service après-vente Leybold pour effectuer les
décontaminations dans les règles de l'art.
- Ne pas renouveler l'huile ou remplacer un filtre
quand la pompe est à la température de service.
Laisser la pompe refroidir jusqu'à une température
inoffensive. Il faudra porter des vêtements de
protection.

veuillez indiquer si elle est exempte de produits
dangereux pour la santé, ou si elle a été contaminée.
