Achtung
Auf keinen Fall darf die Pumpe mit abgesperrter
oder verengter Auspuffleitung betrieben werden.
Bitte achten Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme darauf,
daß in der druckseitigen Abluftleitung - falls vor- handen
- Steckscheiben oder ähnliche Absperrorgane
geöffnet werden, und daß die Abluftleitungen nicht
durch Ablagerungen zugesetzt sind.
2.3 Elektrischer Anschluß
Achtung
Der Elektro-Anschluß darf nur durch einen
Elektro-Fachmann gemäß VDE 0105 nach den
Richtlinien des VDE 0100 durchgeführt werden.
Pumpenmotor mit der Netzspannung über
Anschlüsse richtig verbinden (siehe Abb. 11). Der
vorschriftsmäßige Anschluß erfordert die
Verwendung
eines
Motorschutzschalters. Der Einstellwert des
Motorschutzschalters muß der Stromangabe auf
dem Typenschild des Motors entsprechen.
Bei Anschluß des Motors muß auch der
Thermoschalter (öffnet bei ~ 100 ° C) mit
angeschlossen
werden
entsprechendem Anschluß wird die Pumpe bei zu
hoher Öltemperatur abgeschaltet. Darüber hinaus
besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Alarmsystem
anzuschließen. Die Pumpe ist so ausgelegt, daß sie
auch unter Last - d.h. gegen Vakuum im Saugstutzen
- direkt eingeschaltet werden kann. Wenn durch
örtliche Vorschriften Stern-Dreieck-Anlauf
vorgeschrieben ist, die Pumpe so an die Anlage
anschließen, daß sie lastfrei - d.h. bei
Atmosphärendruck im Saugstutzen - anlaufen
kann. Wenn die Vakuumanlage nicht belüftet
werden soll, sind weitere Maßnahmen erforderlich,
z. B. der Einbau eines Anfahrventils. Dazu erbitten
wir Ihre Anfrage. Bei Auslieferung sind die Pumpen
mit 50 Hz-Motoren für Stern-Dreieck-Anlauf
vorbereitet.
Achtung
Nach dem Anschluß des Motors und nach jedem
Anschlußwechsel ist die Drehrichtung zu
prüfen. Siehe Markierung auf der Motorhaube.
Bei der Überprüfung sollte der Saugstutzen offen
sein. Bei falscher Drehrichtung kann Öl aus dem
Ansaugstutzen austreten. Zur Überprüfung den
Motor nur kurz einschalten. Bei Anlauf mit
falschem Drehsinn sofort abschalten und zwei
Phasen am Anschluß gegeneinander vertauschen.
Empfehlenswert ist eine Drehrichtungsprüfung
mittels Drehfeldanzeiger. Wir weisen darauf
hin,
daß
längerer
Lauf
Drehrichtung
zu
Schäden
Vakuumpumpe führt.
2.4
Einschalten
Die Pumpen werden betriebsbereit mit der
erforderlichen Ölfüllung geliefert. Vor jedem
Einschalten der Pumpe den Ölstand und die
Drehrichtung der Pumpe überprüfen. Das
Pumpenaggregat ist für einwandfreien Anlauf bei
Temperaturen ab 12 ° C nach PNEUROP
ausgelegt.
2.5
Betrieb
Vor dem Abpumpen von Sauerstoff (oder anderen
hochreactiven Gasen) in Konzentration größer
als Atmosphärenkonzentration (> 20% für
Sauerstoff), ist es notwendig eine Spezialpumpe
zu benutzen. Diese muß modifiziert, entfettet sein,

that any blinds or similar shut-off devices in the
exhaust line on the pressure side are opened and
that the exhaust lines are not obstructed by
deposits.
2.3
Electrical Connections (See Fig. 11)
Important
Electrical connection must only be carried out by
a qualified electrician in accordance with the
applicable safety rules.
Connect the pump's motor to the right supply
voltage via the connections in the power and
control box. The relevant safety rules require the
geeigneten
use of a suitable motor protection switch. Set the
switch in accordance with the rating on the motor
nameplate.
When connecting the motor, the thermal
switch (1.34) must also be connected.

Bei
According to the connection used, the pump is
switched off once a certain temperature is exceeded
(see features 1.3). It is also possible to connect a
sound or light alarm system (see Fig. 12). The
pump is designed for direct starting even under
load conditions, i.e. the pump can be switched on
against vacuum in the intake port. If local
regulations require a WYE-DELTA starting,
connect the pump to the system so that it can
start load free, i.e. at atmospheric pressure in the
intake port. If the vacuum system is not to be
vented further measures will be necessary, e.g.
starting valve can be mounted. Please, contact us
in this case.
Important
After connecting the motor and after every time
you alter the wiring, check the direction of the
rotation. Refer to the marking on the motor's
hood. During the check, the intake port should be
open. If the direction of rotation is wrong, oil
may be ejected via the intake port. For the check,
switch on the motor briefly. If it starts up with
the wrong direction of rotation, switch it off
immediately and interchange two phases of the
connection. It is recommendable to check the
direction of rotation with a phase-sequence

indicator. Prolonged running of the motor in

the wrong direction of rotation will damage
the pump !
2.4
Start-up
The pumps are supplied with the necessary oil-
filling in ready-to-use condition. Always verify
proper oil-level and proper motor rotation before
operating the pump. The pump unit is designed
for fail-safe start-up at temperatures over 12°C
(55°F) (as per PNEUROP).
2.5
Operation
Before Pumping greater than atmospheric
concentrations of oxygen (> 20 %) or other
highly reactive gases, the pump must be
modified, degreased and a special oil (such as
PFPE) must be used.

Attention
La pompe ne doit jamais être en service quand la
conduite de gaz d'échappement est soit fermée
soit étranglée. Avant la mise en route, veuillez
vous assurer que les obturateurs ou autres organes
de fermeture sont, s'ils existent, effectivement
ouverts et que la conduite d'échappement n'est
pas obturée par des dépôts.
2.3
Raccordements électriques
Attention
Le raccordement électrique doit obligatoirement
être effectué par un électricien spécialiste.
Relier le moteur de la pompe au coffret
d'alimentation en veillant à la bonne tension du
secteur. Pour le raccordement électrique, les
prescriptions
imposent
l'utilisation
disjoncteur de protection du moteur. La valeur du
réglage de ce disjoncteur doit correspondre aux
indications du courant sur la plaque signalétique.
Lors du raccordement du moteur, la sécurité
thermique de la pompe doit être raccordée
(1.34). Cette sonde est un simple interrupteur qui
s'ouvre en cas de température excessive (voir
caractéristiques § 1.3). Suivant le raccordement
choisi la pompe est mise hors circuit en cas de
température trop élevée. Il y a aussi possibilité de
brancher un système d'alarme sonore ou lumineux.
(voir Fig. 12). Si un démarrage en étoile triangle
est prévu par des prescriptions locales, connecter
la pompe au système de sorte qu'elle puisse
démarrer sans charge, c'est-à-dire à la pression
atmosphérique dans la tubulure d'aspiration. Si le
système de vide ne doit pas être mis à la pression
atmosphérique, il est nécessaire d'incorporer une
vanne dans le circuit d'aspiration.
Attention
Le sens de rotation est à vérifier après le
raccordement du moteur et après chaque
changement de raccordement. Le sens de rotation
est indiqué par une flèche collée sur le capot du
ventilateur du moteur. Si la rotation s'effectue
dans le mauvais sens, de l'huile peut sortir par la
bride d'aspiration. Pour effectuer la vérification,
ne mettre en marche le moteur que brièvement.
Si le démarrage s'effectue dans le mauvais sens,
permuter deux phases. Il est conseillé d'utiliser
un indicateur d'ordre de phases pour cette
vérification. Nous attirons votre attention sur
le fait qu'un fonctionnement prolongé dans
le mauvais sens de rotation provoque des
dommages dans la pompe.
2.4
Mise sous tension
Les pompes sont livrées aptes au fonctionnement
et avec la quantité d'huile nécessaire. Avant tout
démarrage de la pompe, vérifier le niveau d'huile
et le sens de rotation de la pompe. Le groupe
motopompe est conçu pour démarrer aux
températures

Mise en service
Les pompes standard ne sont pas adaptées pour
pomper de l'oxygène dans des concentrations
supérieures à sa concentration atmosphérique (20
%). Elles ne sont pas adaptées au pompage de
gaz, vapeurs, substances, ou mélanges hautement
d'un
