Product installation recommendations (!)
Aeraulics of the generator boxes for remote version:
.Must remain dry and dust free in a technical room
.Filtered air inlet flow with the minimum capacity to feed each fan with 80m3 / h or in most cases
160 m3 / h
.Respect the directions of air intake and extraction and simplify the flow in and out
.Possibility to add a tangential extraction
.Ensure non-recirculation of air between hot outlet air and cold intake air
.Make sure that the bottom of the plancha does not radiate on the generators' box (if necessary
put a ceramic insulator)
.Make sure that the air intakes are properly opened
Power supply of the generator
.One circuit breaker per generator (supply not included by Adventys )
.Make sure of the calibration of the circuit breaker
.Make sure that the power cable sections comply with the power required
Passage of electric cables in the furnace :
.Use chutes to separate low level and high level
.Separate control cables (low level voltage) from the power cables (high level voltage)
.Same for temperatures sensors cables
Respect of electric connections :
.Screw tightening torque : 1,8 N.m per screw
.Do not tight cables on electric sheath
.Respect the connection direction of terminals and connectors
.Do not put in mechanical tension cables and electric layers (various cable length are available in
Adventys' range)
Electrical connections :
.Make sure to respect the sensor cable Number and the coil cable Number (for your information,
Adventys does not support on plancha consequences of a bad connection)
Position of the remote generators (duo & no-limit) : nb
.vertical or horizontal
Think about the disassembly and reassembly by the customer service: make sure to let sufficient cable
length of electrical power cables casing in order to drag them into the technical room.
Electric interferences :
. Low level cables can be disrupted by electrical field issued from other electrical devices, make
sure to remove sources of pollution from these cables.
