15. [HOLD INT/EXT] button.
Choose the operating mode of the foot switch pedal connected to the [HOLD] connector, located on the
rear panel (see point 3 of par. 3.3). When the led is off, it indicates the INT (internal) mode. This means that
the pedal controls the internal sound generation. Selecting the EXT (external) mode switches the led on. In
this mode, the MIDI message (Control Change Sustain n. 64) from the pedal is only transmitted through the
[MIDI OUT] ports; the pedal will not control the internal sound generation.
In the model Legend Live, in order to transmit only the MIDI message, press simultaneously the
[TRANSPOSE SELECT] button and the C5 key on the upper manual. Press [TRANSPOSE SELECT] and
the key B4 to use the pedal for the internal sound generation as well.
16. [PEDALS] buttons.
These buttons allow you to adjust the operation of the pedalboard drawbars:
- [PEDALS DIRECT] (only available on Legend and Legend Classic models): when the led is on, the
pedalboard sound is only transmitted through the [PEDALS] outputs on the rear panel (see point 2, par.
3.3).
On Legend Live organ, the same functioning mode can be recalled by pressing simultaneously the
buttons [TRANSPOSE SELECT] and [PEDALS TO LOWER]. When the function is enabled, the
[PEDALS TO LOWER] light turns red.
- [PEDALS TO LOWER]: when the led is on, the pedalboard drawbars can be played through the first 25
keys of the lower manual. In default conditions, both the Pedals drawbars and the lower manual
drawbars are played simultaneously within this keyboard zone.
By holding down [TRANSPOSE SELECT] and pressing the F3 key on the upper manual, only the
pedals drawbars are active in this area of the keyboard, while the lower manual drawbars sound starting
from the third C#. To restore the default operation, press the F#3 key while holding down [TRANSPOSE
SELECT].
17. Preset of the upper manual Black Octave (Legend and Legend Classic) or [UPPER PRESET] buttons
(Legend Live).
Controls for selecting the upper manual Presets (see par.4.2). The led indicates which Preset is currently
selected.
18. Set A and B of the upper manual Black Octave (Legend and Legend Classic) or [DRAWBARS SET]
Buttons (Legend Live).
Controls for selecting the Set A or B of the upper manual drawbars (see par. 4.1). The led indicates which
Set is currently selected.
19. Presets of the lower manual Black Octave (Legend and Legend Classic) or [LOWER PRESET] buttons
(Legend Live).
These controls select the lower manual Presets (see par. 4.2). The led indicates which Preset is currently
selected.
20. Set A and B in the lower manual Black Octave (Legend and Legend Classic) or [DRAWBARS SET]
buttons (Legend Live).
Controls for the selection of Sets A and B of the lower manual drawbars (see par. 4.1). The led indicates
which Set is currently selected.
21. Rotary effect or external speaker control.
Through this control lever it is possible to select the rotation speed (SLOW or FAST), or to stop the rotation
(BRAKE). This control affects either the internal Rotary effect or an external rotating speaker connected to
the [ROTARY SPEAKER] port (see point 1 par. 3.3) on the rear panel.

22. Headphone output.
Stereo output jack for connecting a set of headphones. This port transmits the instrument's general signal.
NB
On the Legend Live model, the functions REVERB PRE/POST, TONEWHEEL MODEL and HOLD INT/EXT can only be
set by pressing simultaneously the [TRANSPOSE SELECT] button and a key of the upper manual, since there is no
dedicated control on the panel. However, event this has not been explained in the user manual, these functions can
be set through the keyboard also on Legend and Legend Classic models, in addition to the dedicated panel control.
